The installation experience was equally impressive. Mike Plaskon did a fantastic job, handling the electrical and plumbing work himself rather than pushing us to hire outside contractors. He tackled the challenges of our older kitchen without hesitation and installed everything expertly. What could have been a complicated job was completed professionally and exceeded our expectations. There is only one model with that feature, and Mrs. G's had one in stock, coincidentally, the same one at Home Depot and Lowes, at the same price as HD. We were concerned because it was counter depth, which gives you less cubic feet. Keith explained that the manufacturer, LG, compressed the insulation to give you the most c.f. of any counter depth fridge. Keith was very helpful and patient, answering our question and doing research while we were there, and even after we had purchased it and left. If you have questions about an appliance, go to Mrs. G's to get the answers, a great price, and quick, efficient and careful delivery. We couldn't have had a better experience.
