Mrs Gs was great 👍 I went in with a particular refrigerator in mind. The Bosh 500 series . The Sales rep was extremely helpful as she showed me multiple options including the refrigerator I had in mind. I made my purchase and was extremely delighted that they could deliver it the next day. Other stores that I had also checked delivery would have been another week. Not good when your current refrigerator may die any moment. Service was fantastic and delivery was next moss promised. And the delivery team were extremely professional and did friendly. Thanks Mrs G !

Quality appliances, good prices. non pressure sales people installation and service after purchases are the criteria I look when looking for a place to purchase an appliance.
Mr’s G excelled at quality appliances, good prices and low pressure sales.
Installation was good but not perfect. Once they installed my washer and dryer the installer started a cycle of the washer and dryer, which is standard practice. So when they left both the washer was drying were running. The installers told me not to touch machines until the cycle finishes.
The washer and dryer were the same brand ( Electrolux) as I already. They were front loading machines that looked exactly like my old machines. So I wrongly assumed the installers installed the doors the same way the old doors were installed on my old machine. However when the cycle, stopped and I opened the doors they were installed backwards.
I thought to myself, “no big deal, I’ll just call my salesperson and the installers will change the doors”
I left a message with my salesperson Matt 5 days ago and he never called me back.
I guess it’s time for me to find some Utube videos on how to change a washer and dryer door. Maybe 4 stars is too generous.

We had an excellent experience with our sales rep. Rich. Everything went exactly as he explained, the delivery, contact from the installer, and installation. The installer had to do additional work, so the installation cost was more, but Rich had explained that the cost would increase if additional work was required. Thank you Rich!
