    Store offers many samples on the floor. DO NOT GO if you are looking for someone to help you through the process. They require appointments only for any personal support including questions, quotes, etc. I entered the store without an appointment with a clear vision of what we were looking for and interested in a quote. The only support that I received was printing the product details from their website once I had to independently take photos of the tags from their store models before the personal hastily printed from their website product details while continually mentioning that appointments are required. I could have done this by myself from home. Such a waste of time. The experience may be different if you have an appointment, but it should clearly say that appointments are required. We are doing a full house remodel, and we will not be returning here.

    Great showroom, great products and most importantly, great staff. The salesperson (Ethan Winn) helped us through with prompt followups and coordination with our contractor. He worked out scheduled delivery that made the whole project easier and worked within the timelines that we have anticipated. Great experience with Ethan & Ferguson!

    Ethan was awesome!! He helped me pick out a soaking tub for my new bathroom and a few other things. He was really helpful with advice and best practices. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back!!!

    My husband and I just left this store. Horrendous customer service! I called earlier this week to inquire about a particular piece & the woman returning my call was not helpful. So instead of looking elsewhere, we decided to drive there in hopes that they would help us out; instead we were extremely disappointed & it was a complete waste of time. The pendants are almost $900 each and we were willing to buy 3 today, but because they couldn’t answer our questions & wouldn’t give us the time of day, we left. All I wanted To know was if they had something comparable in person that we could see in size and style. Guess that was too difficult of an ask. I’ll never go back. Don’t waste your time going here! Clearly the people are incompetent and don’t want to make a sale. Their loss

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
