As a business owner I wouldnt be surprised if he was the local owner of this business. His product knowledge, articulation of pain points not only for clientele but for the brand, his attention to detail and above and beyond attitude has insipired me to research the company....and the space as a whole... I cant rave enough about this location and how it is run and maintained. We take and except things in their simplicity and convienance and dont think twice about the mechanisms or PEOPLE behind the scenes...THANK YOU AGAIN TODD, DAVE AND EXTRA SPACE....P.S. if my business blows up like I know it will....im gonna snatch this guy ....he's grrrrrreat! #gobirds My experience though some intial hiccups consumated on a bright note...Todd the Assistant manager was very informative and helpful. I woke ul with a bad taste and buyers remorse but He went above and beyond to right the wrong.
