The credit account through Comenity Bank makes it unnecessarily difficult to access your full account number, which you need to register online and set up autopay. Statements only show partial numbers, and the full number is buried and hard to find. This creates a real risk of missing payments—especially concerning given the very high interest rates that can apply. Feels like poor design at best, and at worst, something that works against customers trying to pay on time. Having said that, I do need to say the experience at the store was very good. Associate Mr. Sayed is very good at his job.

The delivery team was absolutely amazing! And even though there was a little glitch in the Initial delivery, they were willing to come out the next day on Sunday! even though we were not available they were willing able to work with our schedule!
