    Our floor was damaged when our new bedroom set was delivered nearly 6 weeks ago and I’ve been bounced around like a ping pong trying to get the floor repaired. I call the customer service phone number; they tells me to call the show room. I call the show room, they direct me to delivery. I call delivery, don’t hear back from anyone over there - it’s BEYOND frustrating. Only giving two stars because we actually love the bedroom set itself and the delivery team was accommodating with us and our move in date.

    We worked with Kal and he was so amazing!! He went above and beyond to make sure we loved every piece. I was very picky and was looking for something specific. He found it in another showroom so I could see it in person. I highly recommend you go in and ask for Kal.
