  Well we had a good experience because we got to walk around without anyone approaching us. And when we were ready. Marcel ask us if anyone approach us, and we was like no, no one ask if we needed help. Then i said can you help us? And he said sure i will be right back. marcel came back and help us. because he was the only one i saw around were we where at. But marcel is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. We were please with him. Great job marcel, hope everyone that shops here looks for marcel.

  Mauricio was extremely helpful. We told him what we were. Told him about how much we wanted to spend. We walked out with a living room furniture. He wasn't pushy at all. Great customer service.

  I have never experienced a more demoralizing or unprofessional series of events in my life. Buying from Raymour & Flanigan was a massive mistake, but buying their "4-year protection plan" was even worse it’s a deceptive piece of paper that they clearly have no intention of honoring. My sofa, which I’ve owned for only a few months, suffered a structural failure from normal use. The internal frame is made of flimsy, thin 1x2 wood that snapped like a twig. You would think a protection plan would cover this, but instead, it began a month-long cycle of gaslighting. I have had to physically walk into this store at least 20 times just to get someone to acknowledge my appointment request. Every single time, the staff looked me in the face and told me they had "scheduled an appointment" just to get me to leave the building. No confirmation emails were ever sent, and no appointments were actually made. It was a blatant, recurring lie used as a stall tactic. When a technician finally arrived, the "repair" was laughable. He tried to bridge two halves of a broken structural beam with a small scrap of wood and a drill. It failed immediately. He admitted it needed a replacement and promised I would reached out to. After another week of silence, I went back to the store yet again, only to be told they "couldn't assist me." I am now stuck with a broken, unusable sofa and a protection plan I paid hundreds for that is seemingly worthless. The level of incompetence and lack of basic human decency at this location is staggering. They take your money with a smile and then treat you like a ghost the moment their product fails.
