- MSMelodee Sampson6 days ago5.0Where can I start about the new and improved facility that is Extra Space Storage. I’ll start with this, the staff here is really helpful and kind. They keep things organized and they are very easy to communicate with. The hallways and units are good quality and most importantly the building is really secured with coded elevators & the staff always do ID checks when needed. So you can have a peace of mind when bringing your stuff here. If you’re in the area and you need somewhere to place your things, Extra Space Storage is the place to be.

Compared to when they first opened the entire reservation, payment and move in date process went without any issues on both occasions. The facility and units were clean and ready for me by the time I arrived. The gentleman at the office was very polite, helpful and explained everything to me without any issues. He helped answer my questions and process a refund for the lock the provide since I had my own. I love this location and will continue to recommend my family and friends when looking for a storage.
