This location scams people when they do pickups. Do not order here. They mark it as picked up, knowing fully well that you did not get your stuff, and will not give you a refund.
I truly believe it’s the staff doing this so they process the refunds at a later date and keep your money.

We purchased a clearance item online and went to customer service at the Lowe’s JC location because the product was defective and did not work. We were told by the associate, Noquiita, that clearance items are not eligible for refunds, even if defective, and she was very rude during the interaction. She also stated that she would not continue assisting my husband because she felt he “wasn’t understanding,” despite the fact that the issue was simply that the product did not function.
Fortunately, the store manager understood the situation and resolved it by providing us with a store credit. While we appreciate the manager’s assistance, the way this situation was initially handled by the associate was unprofessional and unnecessary.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
