They don’t know what they are doing and they don’t know how to work with the system well, it’s a waste of time and frustration. And when I told her they need to upgrade the system after she says that’s just how the system works, she avoided said system is not perfect we all make mistakes. Yeah you wasting other people’s Saturday lifetime. I’m on the phone with the lady for 30 min now, i already had all the confirmed emails and she’s saying i need to START FROM SCRATCH!!
