- RRrita rizzutoJan 22, 20265.0this is joseph i’ve been a customer with extra space storage for a year and paid less then one month’s rate rent at cubesmart LOL. Staff is professional and courteous so and environment is safe. this is america and rents have to go up … it’s just part of the economy so don’t expect special treatment and don’t behave like a child when your rent goes up- you call the staff and local american humans handle these situations much better then prerecorded machines and outsourced third world employment. I will update you with how my next experience goes but so far I am satisfied with the agreement the staff and I settled on. So work with one of the professionals and you will be happy with your price. They have the best prices so get in while you can.
