Mafalda who was working on self checkout, was acting extremely inappropriate. when I had asked for help she said something under her breathe and finally got off her phone. When I had asked her a question about the price she then got a notification on her phone and told me to hold on. I got agitated and had told her that I didn’t have time for this and she then went to call me a slur. In no way shape or form I as a Jewish man should be dealing with racism while just trying to ask a question about an item I’m purchasing. Staff Is extremely rude and will not be coming back.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
