Someone committed fraud using my credit card at this location by placing an order for $13,008.42. The AI and staff were absolutely USELESS in helping me cancel the order and resolve the issue.

( NOT FOR THE JEWISH COMMUNITY) I was on self check out the other day, (you know it’s bad when I’m writing a review days later still thinking about it.) Mafalda who was working on self checkout, was acting extremely inappropriate. when I had asked for help she said something under her breathe and finally got off her phone. When I had asked her a question about the price she then got a notification on her phone and told me to hold on. I got agitated and had told her that I didn’t have time for this and she then went to call me a slur. In no way shape or form I as a Jewish man should be dealing with racism while just trying to ask a question about an item I’m purchasing. Staff Is extremely rude and will not be coming back.

I ordered water softener pellets from Lowe’s.com to be same day at 11:17am. I got confirmation at 12:57pm that my order is ready and waiting for driver. At 5:30pm I called and AI system told me my time frame is 5:17-5:47 at 6pm I called the 800# and got the run around and then told I need to call the Howell store. I called the Howell store was informed my order still has not been picked up from door dash (which if I had known they would be delivering I would’ve never ordered because door dash does not come to my area) and got the run around for an hour. After everything I had them cancel my sale. Then at 8pm Michelle called me to Inform that my order was being picked up and would I still like it. After the initial bad experience (and I was very unhappy and took my frustration out on Michelle) I had I was surprised the she called me back. I appreciate all Michelle did for me. It’s nice to know that there are still people who do the right thing. I would like to thank Michelle for all she did and I greatly appreciate it.
