What I love the most is the wide variety: from flowers, frames, and organizers to materials for DIY projects, art, and seasonal décor. Every aisle is full of inspiration, and it’s almost impossible to leave empty-handed. The store is spacious, comfortable, and the customer service is usually very friendly.

I see from a few of the other recent reviews that others have experienced the same rude and cold attitude from the staff members that we did. For a store that’s just opened this is not a good impression. I hope head office sees these online reviews saying the same thing and hopefully HR will select nicer human beings for their company as it really makes a difference to the environment. Will be taking our business to the other locations where their staff smile and help rather than rush passed and ignore with an eye roll.
