    Well stocked with lots of good. However as a frequent shopper I am disappointed that there is no frequent customer incentives - also of note pricing seems to be rising and rising with "sales" to bring the price down to what it should be. Consumers are not unaware and purchase less not more!

    Great great great employees. I was looking for a spray adhesive and Mel went above and beyond. We couldn’t find the exact brand so she brought me like 6 different ones, read the original one and helped me find the best alternative. Even recruited Kristen to help look. Overall amazing experience and was so nice to see workers who care so much.

    I purchased three skeins of yarn for a project, but only needed one. I went to return the remaining two with my receipt. I approached the very clearly labeled "returns and exchanges" register and told the employee that I wanted to return the two skeins of yarn and handed him my receipt. He scanned it and then looked puzzled and looked at me. He said, "This said you bought three, but there are only two here." I replied, "I only needed one for my project, so, I am returning the two that, I didn't use because I don't need them." More confusion. He said he had to call his manager over so he didn't return all three. His manager had to tell him what to do. Manager walked away. The total of my refund was $9.98. I had paid cash originally, and he was going to refund me the cash. I asked him, "Can I give you two cents?" He looked and me and was confused. He said, "Your refund is $9.98." I said, "Yes, I see that. May I give you two cents so I get $10 back?" Utter confusion on his face. He looked at the amount and then his open cash register drawer and then said, "It will just be easier for me if I give you nine dollars and ninety-eight cents. Is that ok with you?" It wasn't ok with me, but I didn’t want to waste any more time or his brain cells, so, I said, "Fine." He counted out the $9.98 onto the counter and gave me my receipts. I wholly planned on spending the returned money in the store, but I NOPED right out of there and will NEVER go to that place again. Why would management assign someone to "returns and exchanges" who: 1) doesn't know how to do a return, and 2) doesn't know how to provide an efficient refund? There were some other things I observed in my initial visit that I wasn't comfortable with including employee interaction, but the last refund interaction sealed the deal for me. I'll go to the competitor.
