I regret that I did not get his name, but I was somewhat shocked by his responses to my question. I have shopped this store for years, and I love the place and the people. Always so many wonderful things to look at, and they usually have exactly what I'm looking for. The associates have always been to nice, helpful, and very pleasant to speak with..............until today. This associate was wearing a dark colored shirt with a gold name tag, so I assumed, he was a manager. I sure hope not! I asked, "Do you have pom pom makers?" "I don't even know what that is," he replied very curtly. "okay," I said and started to walk away. "Is that something that makes those balls?" he asks. "Yes," I said. "No, we don't have those." Very rudely, then, walks away. I just wanted to get out of the store. I had a couple items to check out, and waited for my husband to catch up, as he was also searching the store for the pom pom maker. Fortunately for him, a "knowlegable" associated helped him, immediately finding the item I needed. I'll post a picture for those associates in your store that don't know what it is, so they (he) tell customers "we don't have it!" Someone needs a refresher coarse on customer communication and store inventory.

I asked fkr assistant e and was kindly shown an array of canvases perfectly suited to my painterly needs. Not only was it there but it was discounted significantly. Very cool shop.
