My bf is a military veteran and we were never able to get discount or anything . I used to have my stuff in another location and wish I never moved it because they would’ve never done that with the veterans . I regret putting my stuff here . Been over charged and since the beginning she gave me a smaller storage than I had so my stuff didn’t even fit and I just left it like that . They didn’t even let me know and last minute like a few days they just say auction is tomorrow basically . No heart at all specially for the holidays. Merry ChristmasChristmas, we’re gonna auction your stuff . Like why not give me an extension and work with Me , I feel like you’d get more money me actually paying all the rent then selling but that’s just me . I’ll never forget this . I spent years paying this for nothing just to lose it and the worst part is I wasn’t able to access sometimes so I couldn’t even get into my unit when I wanted . Another crazy thing is when I did things were missing . They’ve changed my locks so many times and didn’t inform me either . I had to find out when I went . All this is just sad to me . If I just got an extension I could pay it all back and they just say it’s not possible . To pay a portion and vacate in 24 hours . How ??? I’m visiting family for holidays. My bfs navy uniform is in there and now a random person will have it and I thought we respected military but nobody cares I guess .
