I want to say that It was nice to be able to speak with a real person at the actual facility. I dealt with Khiry and he took the time in the freezing cold to show me the different sizes and the available units, he also addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. He is a true professional at what he does. I never felt rushed and he even went over all my options. I did not hesitate to reserve a space with him and I do 100% reccomend this facility.
