    Very disappointed by them this morning i bought a Craftsman car jumper one month ago is not working no more i lost my receipt but is definitely from this lowes they said no receipt you have to deal with craftsman that's no good i got my product from them very disappointed i will never buy from them again i swear home depot is a lot better no receipt you get store credit lowes is not worth it

    People don't seem to work here on Saturdays??? Announcement for help in Isle 15 was ignored. You man who should be promoted, and actually cared, checked up on me twice [but apparently not qualified to use a lift] told me it was unlikely someone was going to come unless I ask again and again because others were preoccupied. And no it wasn't busy. Got to checkout without the high self item, and lumbar sode had 1 customer stuck there for who knows why. 5 min later still no movement on them. I left and put my stuff back (kindly in the same places)

    Placed an order for a dishwasher, 3 weeks later the day of the delivery got an email that action was needed. I called lowes only to be told they needed to reschedule my delivery for the next day, next day comes no delivery despite a text message confirming the delivery time, I call once again and am told the item is out of stock BUT on order and will be delivered in 1 week. I confirm the item is still available and my order will not be canceled, I was reassured it was indeed on order from another store. 2 days before the next delivery I get a call there is something wrong with my order. It has now been 1 whole month since my order. I call back and am told by another employee the item is out of stock and there is no option except to buy another unit (more expensive) or cancel my order. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE UNIT I PURCHASED A MONTH AGO? Why did they wait an entire month to cancel? Why didn't the first person I talked to tell me the unit was unavailable? So I had to rearrange my sceduled three times for absolutely nothing and I all I received was a half hearted apology. LOWES where is your customer service?! I won't be turning to lowes for future appliance purchases, this was a huge disappointment and headache.
