- JDJudy DawesFeb 27, 20261.0DO NOT order your kitchen cabinets here. Only one salesman knows how to use the “new program”. And it wasn’t our salesman. Shame on Lowe’s corporate for implementing a system without proper training. The order was messed up , our project is now delayed 4 weeks (so far). Besides ordering the cabinets wrong, The “inept “ salesman had the wrong cabinets picked up and sent back to the WRONG Lowe’s, so we waited another 5 days before the wrong cabinets were transferred to the correct Lowe’s and the correct cabinets were ordered. Lowe’s has not offered us any type of compensation for this colossal screw up except for not charging the difference for the correct cabinets. DUH, we wouldn’t have paid anyway because IT was YOUR mistake!!!! Meanwhile our son and his fiancé cannot move into their house until this project moves forward. PLEASE watch out if you go here for any kitchen renovation. We expect to hear from corporate representatives for monetary compensation. Corporate— call Tom, Bob or Gerry at Hamilton NJ Lowe’s and inquire about the messed up Lopez project!!!

Employee comes back on phone for 5 min other older employees man & woman standing around nearby cant help ask them for help they basically laugh. You have to have an answer for a 10 min wait. This is why EVERY CONTRACTOR goes to Home Depot I came here to beat the line because your store is always empty. Amateur hour st Lowe's. Never again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
