    Very disappointing experience. The manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. They did not listen to my concerns at all and kept interrupting instead of trying to help. Customer service was poor, and the attitude made the situation worse rather than resolving it. I would not recommend this place based on how management treats customers.

    I try to avoid leaving negative reviews but the customer service is a complete mess. There's no communication between the website/corporate and the store. I ordered a dishwasher online. It allowed me to schedule delivery, so I did, nearly a month out so that I could be at my mother's house for the delivery. Two days before the delivery, I was told that the item was not in stock, because it was "custom" (I'm not sure what "custom" means in this case as it is an item listed on the website with no special changes and I was permitted to choose a delivery date for it, implying it would be available on said date). I had planned to install the dishwasher myself. Since I would no longer be there for delivery, I had to pay $289 to add installation to the order (nearly 50% of the price of the dishwasher itself). That took me 2 hours on the phone to do. Then, the installation team contacted me the next day and said they could schedule the service sooner. I said I didn't have the dishwasher yet. They misunderstood and scheduled anyway. I corrected them, but then I was told that the delivery could be updated so it would arrive in time. So that's what they did. Then today, the day of the newly scheduled delivery and installation, I get a call during the delivery window time telling me that the item is NOT yet available. It's on its way to the warehouse and that customer service had updated the order because "they can't see all the information." Why can't customer service see all the information?? And why would they be updating orders without knowing where an item is?? This is a huge, expensive, time-consuming mess, and I've definitely learned not to purchase from Lowe's again in the future. I may even cancel this order, since it's a christmas present anyway.

    I like to visit here to buy plumbing, electrical and hardware supplies. The prices are competitive. Most of the time, you will not encounter a long waiting line at the checkout counter. Lowe's is conveniently located near many other places that you would visit on a typical shopping trip, including restaurants and banks.

    Oh boy where do I begin?!?!? Got a Lowe’s credit card from here (after the self checkout attendant then begged me to get one over the summer for 20% off which I’m sure they are trained to say, especially when purchasing a lawn mower) and came here today to get 1 thing and said “hey let me get a few more things with the credit card” only to find out there is a monthly interest rate with it that I was never told about!!! On top of that this guy/cashier wouldn’t even tell me if there was a monthly fee on the credit card. THEN, when I told this attendent I was only getting the lights that I was in for, he rudely told me to go walk and put the 3 things back where I found them!!!! Bro you get paid to do that. Do your job. I will be canceling the Lowe’s credit card tomorrow after this. Not paying a monthly fee for a credit card I barely use for (20% off) 😂. Come on man.
