  Haddon Tree Company charged us $300 for an inspection report to determine if a tree needed to be removed. They did not come out to look at the tree, they wrote this inspection report based on a picture we texted them. Then, when we asked for them to follow our mortgage lender’s requirements for removal such as registering on their website and sending in their license information, they said the job was too involved for them to complete. This means we paid them $300 to look at a text message picture of a tree and say it needs to be removed.

  As a result of the July 4th storm, we had two large trees down that had hit the house and rested on the house, various lawn furniture, trees and plantings in our yard. I contacted Haddon Tree Company the next day, and after looking at the situation they offered to send a crew that evening. I suggested next morning as the house was structurally sound and I needed to contact the insurance company for process. They were there the next morning. I could not have expected a more professional and hard working crew that went to an extreme to protect the property. They placed mats to ensure that the heavy equipment did not destroy the lawn. Took care in removal to protect other trees and planting. Worked non-stop and left the area spotless. Except for the house and fence damage you would not have believed that two large trees had fallen. Outstanding job and outstanding price. Thank you Pat and your team of professionals. You cannot go wrong with Haddon Tree.
