No one answers the phone or after 30 rings just picks up and puts you right on hold over and over again. Edit. Finally spoke to someone and turns out they entered my pool size dimensions incorrectly and gave me triple the amount of chemicals needed. Unprofessional kids running this place. Unbelievable. Draining my pool AGAIN.

It seemed like they lacked sufficient knowledge about pool chemicals, which greatly affected the reliability of their service. It would be much better to implement an AI system to provide accurate information about the chemicals. An AI system can deliver trustworthy information quickly and accurately, allowing customers to purchase chemicals with confidence. If improvements are made in this area, I believe more people will trust and use this store.

I really just wish they would pick up the phone so I can ask if they have something I need in stock before I go there. Because I have taken the ride and they are out of what I need and I need to travel to another store. I also wish they could help more with filter parts related questions but I think they do their best.
