- KSKris SeniorOct 9, 20251.0Booked a unit in this location and went on Sunday to load. We get into the unit and it is filthy and full of rat droppings. We called and they had us try a different unit on the other side, again filthy and even more rat droppings. We called again and they would not match the price in a different location. I was on the phone for over an hour and apparently the manager didn’t think the situation was horrid enough to assist. If you have a unit here, go check it out! We saw a rat run across and if two units were full of droppings on opposite sides, it must be a huge issue. We were going to store baby items and are just disgusted. Health department is going to be contacted and the BBB for the asinine way this was handled. Photos attached.

Daniel was great to work with on the phone. He was very patient and accommodating. He was willing to answer all of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he was willing to look it up and get back to me. Checking out and doing the payment in the office with him and Jose was quick and efficient, exactly how storage unit units should work. I was very happy with my service today.
