- LLLeigh LFeb 12, 20265.0I've been here nearly a year after moving from Extra Space in Hohokus, NJ where I had been for over 2 decades and through 2 prior owners/names before Extra Space bought the location. Ultimately it became to expensive, to far to travel to get to and to impersonal as there used to be a manager there named Kay who was attentive to your needs, quick to respond and would go out of her way to help you. Once this facility opened I went to check it out and was very impressed with the layout and the cleanliness of the place. The major selling point was the manager Luz and Adrian who also works there. Luz is incredible. Very friendly, super helpful and is a real pleasure to deal with whenever I need to see/speak to her. She keeps the facility in tip top shape from the hallways to the entryways to the bathroom, everything is clean and actually smells good. Not the damp and musty smell of other storage spaces I have used or have visited. I can't say enough about Luz's customer service and very hands on approach to managing the location. She really seems to take pride in her work and values her customers. What more could I ask for? Well, I could ask you to give this location's staff a raise as they truly are top notch and no, I was not asked to post this review, nor was I paid for it LOL. I just highly value above and beyond customer service as in this day and age it's very hard to come by.
- KVKarina VaynshteynFeb 10, 20265.0I just have to say I was at another EXTRA SPACE storage facility that was I have to say with all honesty horrific and that’s even being kind when I moved to this facility the manager LUZ HAS BEEN NOTHING SHY OF AN ANGEL HELPING ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH FINDING THE CORRECT LOCKER SPACE TO ANY QUESTIONS I HAD ANY ISSUES I HAVE SHE’S ALWAYS THERE TRYING TO HELP EVERY WHICH WAY FINALLY I’M IN A STORAGE FACILITY AND I’M AT PEACE WITHOUT HAVING DRAMA OR NEGATIVE ATTITUDE LIKE THE OTHER FACILITY I WAS AT SHE IS TRULY AN AMAZING PERSON WITH A VERY KIND SOUL IN WANTING TO HELP ALL THE CLIENTS IN EXTRA SPACE HAVE THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN FIVE STARS I WOULD We all know that every day people have struggles whatever they are and when you’re stuck and you feel like there’s no way out and there’s a person there trying to help you and guide you and then there’s an awesome outcome to me that’s priceless and that’s what this manager has done for me at this facility THANK YOU LUZ FOR EVETYTHING !!
