- MWM WongFeb 24, 20261.0I have been using this storage for a few months now, I just had such a horrible experience with them. I store medical equipment and need access 24 hours, I was going to pick up equipment 2 days after the snow storm. They did not plow the driveway, I couldn't even turn into the driveway. When I call and told I heed access I was told there is nothing that could be done, I was told to wait a few hours for the plow to arrive. We all are trying to run a business, I have hospitals depending on me to provide a service, do you think I could give a doctor that poor excuse?? What a horrible way to run a business, I'll definitely take mine out of there. Customer service doesn't exist and they take out the full amount at the end of the month. Please if your serious about your stuff, avoid this place at all cost!!

Jeremy at the front desk provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, making the entire process easy and stress-free. Jeremy took the time to clearly break down all of the charges, offered assistance with everything, and did so with a positive attitude and a smile. At the end of the visit, he asked if I would be willing to complete a survey, which I was more than happy to do because his service truly went above and beyond. This location is fortunate to have someone like Jeremy representing them. Give him a raise!!
