I explained I can't visualize the space unless I take a look. Malcolm was super patient with me as he showed me storage units of 4 different sizes and configuration. He also explained in detail how to get the best price by pre paying for 6 months to lock in the best rate. He truly gave the experience a "human touch". I would definitely recommend this facility.
