  My family and I are in the process of a whole home renovation. We chose to get much of the furniture at Raymour and Flanigan in Freehold. Our sales person was Sharon Langan. She is a fantastic sales person! Very professional, extremely helpful and friendly! If would highly recommend using this Raymour for all your furniture needs. And make sure you ask for Sharon!

  Great experience with a knowledgeable salesman Alex C. Alex greeted us at the door with no pressure and asked if he could direct us to what we might be looking for. Within minutes we were looking at Recliners. We found the recliner we were looking for at a great Clearance price. Thank you Alex and Raymour and Flannigan for a great experience.   Awesome experience! I needed furniture for my parents for their move into assisted living. Not an easy task. Luckily the first sales associate I encountered was (Peter) P.T. He was patient, helpful, understanding. He made a tough situation extremely easy and cost effective. My entire experience was amazing because of P.T. I can not thank him enough for the assistance that he provided. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location for any and all future purchases. Thank you again! 🙏👍

  This review is exclusive to our store and sales experience. We went to our local R&F with items of interest in mind. Naturally, we went off the rails once we were inside the showroom. In order to appease my wants and my husbands wants, our salesman, Alex Crespo, came up with a custom piece that resolved our power play banter. It will be 6-8 weeks to get our new sofa and custom chair, at which point I will return to expand my review. But our services thus far have been positive, and Alex was not only nice, but skilled enough to lead us in a direction to make it all work.

  I had purchased a recliner from the website and over the phone. I am older and did not realize they now make recliners for small people. The salesman never mentioned that this is a recliner for people 5'3" and under. To my surprise it is very small for my son, who is 5'10". I am 6'4" and as you can imagine it is FAR TOO SMALL for me. I am a extremely disappointed as we have purchased well over 20k dollars from this company over the years. When I called and asked for my salesperson, Dewayne, I was told he wasn't working that day but he was sent an email and would get back to me. He never did. After over a week of waiting to hear from them I called and finally got him on the phone and he said he would have to ask his manager about swapping out the small recliner for a normal size one. Well, he called back to say his manager said I would have to purchase platinum protection on the new recliner in order to switch them out. You can imagine that after spending a thousand dollars for one chair and it being a chair for a child, they now want me to spend another 350 or more for their "platinum protection" for no other reason other than to generate revenue for themselves. TERRIBLE !!
