My husband and I purchased a couch from Raymour & Flanigan and have had an extremely disappointing experience.
After waiting five weeks for delivery, the couch arrived missing pieces. Less than two weeks later, buttons began popping out on multiple cushions. Reaching customer service was very difficult, and when a technician finally came, we were told this is a common issue and that the fabric is very delicate.
This couch cost close to $5,000, and months later we still do not have all of the pieces we paid for. At this price point, this level of quality and follow-through is unacceptable. I would not have made this purchase had I known these issues were ongoing.
I’m hoping someone from Raymour & Flanigan will reach out so this can be resolved fairly.
Painless, easy, and almost fun! Shopping is not my idea of fun, but working with Sharon Langan was great! Bright, very knowledgeable, and didn't waste time. Went in, Sharon picked out a set of furniture based on what I wanted, we paid and were out the door in less than a half hour! She is absolutely the best to work with, and our pick was even in stock. Very pleasant experience.

Purchased a set of couches with Veronica. I opt to pick them up. Havent had a chance to pick them up with family flying in for christmas. She continues to tell me if i dont pick up they will sell. How you sell something thats already paid for? Proceeded to ask her what time the warehouse closes cause she recentñy told me 5 but the website says 7pm. Her reply was go and see like i have 40 minutes to drive there and 40 minutes back. You would think they have communication with the warehouse. Apparently not!! Didn't like her attitude in the store like we werent there to purchase and were there to waste her time!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! VERY DISSATISFIED
I had real bad experience with this store staff. The salesman in his own word keyed in wrong item and was helpless with his own store staff to key in correct item. When order was cancelled contacted multiple times, most of the time they won’t pick the phone and when they did they were helpless refunding the money. It felt more like they were unwilling as they got free money. After waiting for two while weeks had to dispute the transaction with credit card company. Thank god I didn’t make cash payment else it would have been lost. Will never deal with this store in future.

Where to begin....in regards to mattress selection, the in store experience was great. However the positivity stops there. I also purchased a bedroom set. I showed the sales person which model I was looking at, specifically the West Lake Platform Bed With Storage, and I had mentioned that this bed would be great as I need extra storage space. Initially the sales person tried to sell me an adjustable base for the mattress I bought, but we decided it wouldn't work in the platform bed due to storage I wanted. I "checked out" and went over the itemized list and was on my way.
The next day I looked over the price list and see that the prices do not match what is online. They were VERY different prices. Why?! (Black friday versus cyber Monday should't be all that different). I called the store and spoke with someone who was willing to acknowledge the online prices and was able to switch my order. I also switched from delivery to pick up, as the delivery fee was outrageous, in my opinion.
Over the next 5 days, I realized the hassle of pick up. I called the warehouse multiple times a day to ensure my pieces were delivered and available, as stated to do by the sales rep. Each time, no answer. The number I called was the number provided in the pamphlet given to me at checkout (which indicated to hit option 0 after dialing the customer service line). Since I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone in the warehouse, each time I ended up having to call the store. The store would then contact the warehouse. My pick up date was a Monday.
Friday rolls around and I call the warehouse, again, to see if my items were there. Still no answer. I call several times, with no luck in reaching someone. I called the store again. I get the same response from the sales person, call the warehouse Monday before you go to ensure items are there. Monday rolls around and I call the warehouse, again several times with no answer. I try calling the store several times with no answer. I am within the 2 hour window of when I want to go pick my furniture up. Finally I get a hold of the sales rep and he has his manager contact a guy directly in the warehouse. My items are staged and ready to pick up. Awesome!
Next thing yah know I am trying to get in touch with someone in the warehouse, again for my items. I can see my items have been staged, but the person had to go ask someone if that was my order. Okay, no big deal. I finally get the items home and unboxed and I noticed the bed frame doesn't have the storage like I had ordered. The numbers match the billing code, but it wasn't what I thought I had ordered (specifically remembing the conversation I had with sales person). I call the sales office extremely frustrated at the amount of work I have had to put into this purchase, pick up, etc. They said they could have someone come out and exchange the pieces for $600 plus!!!! What?! I dont know how they got the difference between $1799 and $1300 to be $600. Needless to say I was very upset that not only did I not have the bed I originally thought I ordered (and needed due to storage), but they were going to charge me that much extra! They weren't going to honor the online price I purchased it at?! On top of all that I finally get the mattress into the frame, and since I was anticipating a storage bed, the sales rep said I didn't need a box spring. Well now that I don't have the original storage bed I ordered, I now need a box spring?! So I am still spending more money.
Long story short this is by far the absolute worst place I have delt with in terms of furniture sales. When talking with people in customer service and sales, everyone was professional and polite. However, if you are looking for something easy and no hassle, I do NOT recommend this store. It has been a nightmare. Also the number you select is 2 for the warehouse, not 0. They need to update their pamphlet. Hope everyone else has a more positive experience than I did. I am extremely frustrated and do not plan on going back unless things drastically change.
