    So, after going to another branch of his company as a result of several days of raining, my pool has completely become unbalanced, and I was having a hard time getting it back to the crystal clear that it was to enjoy it. after a frustrating and grueling process with another store branch, which resulted in me, spending several hundred dollars on chemicals that was unnecessary I finally came to the Freehold store where Jon informed me of the misinformation that I was given and he politely and clearly explain to me how to fix my fool in a matter of two days I had that crystal clear water in my family, was able to enjoy the pool again I am going to continue going to the regal store and from now on this is my go to store.

    I've shopped at the Route 9 store in Freehold for many, many years. Today I placed two containers of PH up and Alka Up on the counter and was ready to pay. An older employee was stocking the wall and complaining about things being in the wrong place, he ignored my standing by the counter with my wallet out. A younger employee walked right past me when I asked for check out help. He kept on doing whatever he was doing. I left the store. Sales must be great if you can ignore a few hundred dollar purchase. Time to find another store.
