She informed me that she was handling all of the calls for several properties when I called the number for the Neptune location. Kelly was efficient, very knowledgeable and super professional. I asked her a few questions and she was able to answer me and provided a pricing breakdown for the month. I had requested consideration on a rate increase and that was taken care of too. Kelly is amazing! I'm grateful that I got a chance to speak to her today.
