- KTKevin TabbJan 23, 20261.0This store completely screwed me over. I ordered a snowblower from them about a week ago, with a huge snowstorm coming this weekend. The website said it was in stock and it accepted my order. Two days later, I got an email CONFIRMING that it was ready for me to come pick it up. I rented a truck, got a buddy of mine to come help me, sold my old snow blower, and then right before I was about to go pick it up, they cancelled my order and told me it was out of stock! I asked them for help finding a new one that I could get in the next day or two before the snow storm and they weren't able to get me anything. They had some snowblowers in their warehouses right now but they were unwilling to send the delivery team to retrieve them in the next day or two. EDIT: Thanks for your response but I called that number and they were COMPLETELY unhelpful. Their offer to make up for this mistake was literally to just offer to sell me another snowblower at full price, delivered over a week after the snow storm and without batteries. They have snowblowers at the warehouse literally right now that they refuse to pick up. The woman I spoke to claimed they couldn't do it because the weather is too bad and when I pointed out that the snow wasn't coming until late tonight, she changed her story to say they couldn't do it because it violates protocol.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
