I never write reviews, so I’m actually going out my way to do such a thing
I literally walked around the store constantly back-and-forth when more than I counted five employees saw me looking through each aisle back-and-forth and didn’t nobody asked me for help. Lowe’s may be a lot more cleaner than Home Depot, but a Home Depot is a lot more cognitive when it comes to customer service over here in New Jersey towards the north area where I’m at. I literally left because I’m naïve to the industry of what I’m looking for so I was hoping that some Achilles put me to the right direction and I can do surface or inductive research myself, but nobody asked or offered to help. I saw employees talking amongst themselves not even helping a customer but in a conversation laughing so I know that this is nothing relative to work, but to their personal life, I saw other people stalking which I can consider and understand since they’re actually applying and working with they’re supposed to be doing according to the job title.
But for no one, five employees it literally literally see me walking up and down aisles and ask me for help at work to find something I couldn’t even find where I was looking for, so I literally left and went to Home Depot. It may be a lot more dirtier and at times because it seems that they have a lot more business. Lowe’s may be a lot more cleaner and Home Depot maybe out of supplies more because they seem like they do a lot more better in selling, but I’d rather go someplace that’s unorganized and actually somebody attending to what I’m asking a question then to be ignored and looked upon

Do not buy a kitchen at Lowes - it was a disaster. No one is helpful and the store will refer any complaints to the Installation Team.
Go to a kitchen installer directly.
The entire process took too long - we had broken cabinets delivered to our house. On the third try they finally sent them all and we are still waiting for the installer to arrive!

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
