Upon arriving, the unit was in extremely poor condition - cobwebs, dead bugs, mice feces - it was clear the space had not been cleaned or maintained before we moved in. For $240 a month, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, we've had to throw away several belongings, including a couch and all of our mattresses, despite having used proper protective covers. We're likely going to have to toss out even more items, once we're able to move out. It's clear the facility doesn't prioritize cleanliness or upkeep, and I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending it to others. If you have other storage options, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
