  From beginning to end this by far was the WORST experience I have ever had purchasing a couch. The order was placed incorrect because the salesperson didn't know that the custom fabric I picked out was for accent only pieces. It just went downhill from there. I'll spare you the boring details. I waited 8 more weeks for my sleeper sofa to come in and when it finally arrived, after the delivery people left, I could not open up my bed, which I sleep on every night. (probably why I'm cranky) When I called to let them know it wouldn't open they told me that I would have to wait to be scheduled so that they could come out at look at it. That was last Sunday. Still have no pull-out sleeper. No one has called me to check on things; no one has expedited the repair people. NADA! they have the WORST customer service. Do not buy anything from them. Horrible!

  We were greeted by a friendly salesman who showed us recliners and we appreciated his knowledge of the chairs and effort to find one which met our needs. The purchase and delivery scheduling went well and we were given a written receipt with his business card, something we didn't receive when we checked out a competitor. Jared is a great salesperson who knows the merchandise, works with you, and is not high-pressured. Quality sells itself. We had purchased all our furniture from Raymour and Flanigan nine years ago when we moved so it made sense to return when we needed a recliner.

  My spouse and I had been looking for a dining room set for quite some time. One weekend, we decided to visit a few stores just to get some ideas. We went to Ashley Furniture and actually liked a particular model, but because of our experience with the salesperson there, we were sure we wouldn’t return. After leaving Ashley Furniture, we decided to check out Raymour & Flanigan across the street. At the entrance, Helan greeted us. We explained that we were just browsing for ideas, and she kindly let us know she’d be happy to help if we needed anything. We continued looking around, and after a while, we came across a model that really matched our taste. Helan provided us with all the information we needed in a very professional and friendly manner. She also offered us a great discount. In the end, we were able to purchase a high-quality product we truly liked at a very reasonable price, with complete peace of mind. Helan, I would give you 100 stars if I could, but the system only allows 5. My spouse and I truly thank you!

  Today I decided to purchase a new living room set and had the pleasure of meeting salesman Eric Andujar. From the moment we started talking, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Eric took the time to walk me through the differences in couches, explaining quality, comfort, and durability between Raymour & Flanigan and other options. He didn’t rush the process and made sure I truly understood what I was investing in, which I really appreciated. What impressed me even more was learning about Raymour & Flanigan’s community outreach program. He is so proud of the program. Hearing how the company gives back and wants to give more to the community made the experience even more meaningful. Great customer service is hard to find, but Eric truly went above and beyond.   I had such a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Fairview, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jared. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. Jared is extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process feel easy and stress free. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and guided us with thoughtful recommendations. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable.
