Frankie did an amazing job! He was very patient while I worked with my client to set up an appointment. She said he did a fantastic job cleaning up the moldy grout and replacing/recaulking her shower. It was very easy to work with him and he didn't a fantastic job.

I had a kitchen floor with a stove backsplash cleaned along with the dirty grout which was then sealed. Also had a bathroom shower stall cleaned , grout cleaned and spot regrouting along with the tile floor. Frankie and his assistant were prompt, professional and cleaned up extremely well. This is your contractor for all things tile and grout repair and cleaning.

I recently had my two bathroom floors regrouted by Frankie & Giuseppe. My house was built in 1950 and has the original tile floors. Both Frankie & Giuseppe are a credit to their trade. They wore shoe covers over their work shoes, removed all the old grout, bonded any loose tile, regrouted the tile, caulked around the toilets and the tub & stall shower. The tile looks clean and new with nice white joints!
Best part...without any grout dust!
Frankie & Giuseppe did a great job!
Giuseppe came to recaulk my tub, shower, toilet, along the walls/floor, and to fix some grout work in my shower. He was friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. He explained everything he was doing, gave me choices when able, and gave me advice during the process. He did a beautiful and precise job, and cleaned up afterward. He even told me how to properly clean the grout. He answered all of my questions (even the ones I had after he left). Great guy to deal with, and prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again, if needed.
Giuseppe did an excellent job on my shower stall. I had a handy man regrout it about a year ago. He used silicone - which I thought was fine and it separated in less than a year and mold and mildew were impossible to get rid of. I called a few Grout specialists. One that was very highly rated insisted that silicone was the only way to go. Giuseppe initially recommended grout caulk which I researched and seemed to be a good fix. after a few hours of cleaning and scrubbing the shower stall (p.s. he was using a toothbrush after his big steamer still left residue on the floor) he called me in to tell me that the pitch on the shower floor may be problematic and we needed to go another way if that was ok - so that I didn't have the same problem again. He came back a week later then to check and make sure the grout color matched. The shower looks fantastic. HIGHLY Recommend. he takes pride in his work.
