  If I could leave zero stars I would! The sales process was not the problem at this location. The sale went well and delivery was simple despite the wrong part being ordered the first time and it taking two trips to resolve the issue. This was handled promptly and courteously. I am writing this review after months of being dodged by the service department. Within 2 months of purchase my couches console stopped working. This has rendered the wireless charging pads, cupholders and Bluetooth speaker to be useless. This has been an ongoing conversation with Prince in service and the lack of response or urgency has left me with a useless overpriced console for over 4 months now (the reason for this review). Initially we had a person come out and inspect the couch for the defect and confirmed he would be ordering the part. My wife has called and left voicemails at least once a week since December to try to get a callback as well as our salesman who advised it is not his department. The one time we did successfully get a service representative we were informed the part was ordered and they were waiting for it to come in. This was 2 months ago now and the issue is still not rectified. Now I am left to pay for a couch and console (that I also bought the extended protection plan for) that does not have the features I purchased it for. I am writing this review to caution future buyers of the quality of their furniture and the lack of support for defects in quality (photos posted of the defective console and the couch in the showroom/BUYER'S BEWARE!) I hope that someone higher up or Prince in service will see this and do the right thing and return our phone call to resolve this issue or provide a way to contact someone who can. I will revise this review if the issue is ever resolved...

  We were very happy with our Raymour & Flanigan experience! We were searching for a couch and love seat. Our salesperson; Lemma Katat was very friendly with us showing us around the store. And was very patient with us when we couldn’t make a color choice. Even the delivery was easy. They text you a link the day of your delivery. It lets you know how many deliveries they have before yours and the approximate time. And it was very accurate!

  We were greeted at the entrance by Moynul Islam. We were looking for a living room couch & chairs. He directed us where to look & let my wife & I decide on what we liked. When we made our decision he was helpful in answering questions about the fabric, the manufacturer & financing. He even made suggestions about the room set-up. He is an excellent, personable sales associate. The transaction was seamless. He is a valuable representative of Raymour & Flanagan.

  I was looking for a specific size sectional and my last stop was here and I had the pleasure in working with Lemma Katat she was patient with me and not pushy at all. Assured me the couches would fit. She explained to me the time it would take especially since I went with a different color. I was in no rush so i was ok with it, they actually came in a little sooner than the expected delivery date. The day of delivery the guys were courteous, the sectional was assembled quickly. At first i wasn’t happy with my color choice but after purchasing an area rug couple art work it’s coming together. The couches are sturdy and built well. Overall experience with R&F was wonderful.

  I recently worked with Juan at Raymour & Flanigan, and he made the entire furniture shopping process a breeze. From the moment we started talking, Juan stood out as extremely knowledgeable about their entire inventory—styles, materials, dimensions, customization options, you name it. He patiently answered every question I had, offered thoughtful suggestions based on my space and needs, and never once felt pushy. What really impressed me was how friendly and genuine he was.
