Karla and badr are two employees I dealt with. We started off with Karla and she was very knowledgeable about the furniture in the store. She really helped and guided me in finding the right furniture for my home. Unfortunately at that moment I did walk away from the deal bc I needed some time to ponder 🤔. However my rep had left when I came back and I then was helped by badr. He also went above and beyond to help me close the sale. He followed up with me afterwards making sure the delivery was set up and I had the right details. Overall very nice store. Good people. Great prices.

Our salesman was great when we were shopping and placed our order on 11-15-25. We wanted a delivery of 12-13-25, (4 weeks later). On the delivery date is when we learned that one of the pieces was not available for delivery. This is when our salesman dropped the ball because he was aware that the item was not available for delivery and he did not take the initiative to call us to inform us with this information. After many calls, I was told the delivery date has changed to 12-15-25, which does not work for us. Please let me know who would change a delivery date without talking to the customer first, somebody make it make sense.
We were not offered anything for our inconvenience. So now we will have to wait until the 20th to get our delivery since we really want the item.
There are other items that I wanted to purchase from Raymour & Flanigan, but I will scratch my head twice before shopping there again any time soon.

Eric Andujar at Raymour & Flanigan provided an absolutely exceptional experience. From start to finish, his professionalism was evident in every detail, his knowledge of the products was comprehensive and his guidance was invaluable in helping us make the perfect choice for our home.
What truly set him apart, however, was his extraordinary patience and genuine care. During our visit, a personal matter im dealing with that could have derailed the entire process. Eric handled the situation with remarkable understanding and empathy. He never pressured us, instead offering flexibility and reassurance, allowing us to proceed at our own pace.
He turned what could have been a stressful transaction into a supportive and positive experience. We didn't just leave with beautiful furniture; we left feeling respected and well taken care of. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will absolutely seek his assistance for any future needs.

We bought a sofa on line on Black Friday and scheduled a pick up appointment for Saturday 12/6 as earlier appointments weren’t available. We drove 1 hour to the pick up location and we were told that they didn’t have the couch. They had the excuse of the couches are delivered to the store every Monday and Thursday which is why they didn’t have the couch ready, which isn’t a valid excuse given that we scheduled the appointment on Black Friday more than a week prior. We didn’t receive any updates stating the couch wasn’t ready for pickup and as a result we (my husband and I) spent 2.5 hours out of our Saturday driving to and from the store. No apology issued on their behalf. Disappointed in their service. We had to reschedule pickup appointment for following weekend. No compensation offered on their end as well.
