I was dragging my feet entering the store, but He greeted us with a smile, introduced himself and advised us to wonder around that store and call him when we were ready. I appreciated that approach so much and that is exactly what we did. When I was ready, we found Eric, he answered all our questions. I was not ready to but that day, but because of him, purchased a new bedroom set and 2 mattresses. He walked us through every step of the process. We have/had delivery issues and his customer service did not stop. He stood on top of the problem, communicated with his manager and with us frequently about resolution. He was providing updates to us via text at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Our experience was outstanding!!! Thank you Eric and I encourage all to go see him. Much appreciation, The Beckers.
