Recently had an administrative issue and the store manager Rodney Martínez displayed exemplary customer service skills. He was able to explain everything in simple terms and was able to accommodate me to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs (extra space storage on Grand avenue), ask for Byron.
