The online system works well and makes the reservation process simple. However, we selected this storage because the website clearly mentions 24-hour access, which was very important for us. We scheduled our moving company to complete the move during the evening and night based on that information. Unfortunately, after we completed the payment and reservation, we realized that the facility actually has access hours only until 6:00 PM, starting in the morning. This was very disappointing and confusing since the main page advertises 24-hour access. Because of this misunderstanding, we were unable to finish our move as planned and had to continue the process the next day. This caused additional costs with our moving company since we originally planned to complete everything in one day. Aside from that issue, the space itself is convenient, but we believe the access hours should be clearly explained before completing the reservation to avoid situations like this for other customers.
