    I walked into the store and was greeted by Luce with a warm welcome smile. Luce kindly gave me my space and opportunity to browse through the store without feeling harassed or pressured. Luce unknowingly gave me just enough time to make my rounds through the store then came over then kindly suggested a beautiful sofa set for me and close the deal just like that. I appreciate her professionalism and respect for my business as a customer that ment a lot to me and I think she is one of the best sales associates in the store.

    If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The people who I dealt with at this location are completely incompetent. It took me over 6 months to get a dresser replaced when it was delivered with a defect. This was because NO ONE ever answers the repair service line or returns a call. It wasn’t until I constantly called the store that the manager finally manually scheduled me a service. The repair person than came in prepared and unable to fix the dresser. They decided to just replace, which I then had to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive. Next, I ordered a nursery crib through them, which I picked out on the floor and worked with a sales associate, Kirsy, and they sent me a completely different crib. One that wasn’t even an option on the sales floor. I also ordered a changing table pad, which after 2 months never received, only to find out I was again charged for the wrong item and it was just a changing pad cover-without the pad. I called them to refund the order and they cancelled the order without issuing me a refund. That refund took me another month to receive. For some reason I had to explicitly say I wanted my money back, because had I not they would have kept the item and my money. The most recent reason I am complaining is because of the bookshelf I ordered to go with the nursery. I learned my lesson and ordered online, as I felt I couldn’t trust the floor associates to order the correct item. However, I made the mistake of choosing in store pickup. When my partner arrived to pick it up, he was told the item likely wasn’t in store and even if it was, there was no one there that could take it out of the back room. I scheduled this pick up two weeks in advance. They called me to confirm they had it, and I scheduled a date and a time. They wasted 45 minutes of my partner and his fathers morning because of incompetence. They had the bookshelf the entire time, but didn’t know how to look it up and locate it. I will NEVER again order from this location. I didn’t complain with the first few mistakes because I understand, things happen and we worked through it. However, I have never been able to smoothly order something from this location and I will be sure to let all my family and friends know not to order from this location, and maybe raymour and Flanagan altogether.

    I have never received such excellent service; the salesperson, Mohamed Youssef, was always there to assist me with all my needs. I made a mistake regarding the sofa's measurements, and he resolved the issue for me right at the moment of delivery by arranging an exchange for a sofa with the exact dimensions I needed. Thank you so much for all your help. I recommend this store one hundred percent the quality of their products is simply unmatched.
