  The staff of 2 stores, went above and beyond to help me get a lift recliner for my seriously ill dad, in a speedy manner. But they didnt stop there… the chair was delivered but wasnt working as they wanted, so the delivery guy traveled to the Egg Harbor store and picked up a new one, and delivered all the way back in same day. Although my dad passed the next day, I am forever grateful for all the staff involved. And to the delivery driver who made the connection of both stores the make it all happen. Team work, compassion, and superior customer service! The chair is the most comfortable and my mom now uses it and loves it.

  We were out to get living room furniture and Laz Y Boy was our first stop. We were greeted by salesperson Cyndi Motte- she is awesome - not overbearing but super helpful, listening to all of our needs. So, needless to say we never made it to any other store. We purchased a queen sleeper sofa and a swivel, glider, recliner chair.
