  My husband and I were shopping for a reclining sofa/loveseat. Cyndi assisted us with putting together a package that we were thrilled with. We purchased from LaZy-boy 5 years ago ~ everyone we dealt with was fantastic! Definitely will be going back for other furniture for the rest of our home for an update !

  Cyndi was so helpful in showing me the different recliners that were perfect fits for me. She showed me different swatches with different colors. Let me sit in all the different chairs. I picked out the one I wanted in the color I wanted. I’m happy with my decisions.

  My wife and I were looking to replace my recliner which had finally worn out. We went to a large furniture store down the street from LazyBoy and was greeted by a nice young man. Told him I was looking for a recliner and would like to look around. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he showed us where the recliners were. He kept following us and kept on trying to show me recliners that I didn’t want. I’m sure in that big store they had a recliner I was looking for but this salesman kept following us and showing us recliners We weren’t interested in. After 25 minutes got disgusted and walked out the store. We went to LazyBoy and were able to walk around and look at all without being harassed. We found the recliner I wanted and the salesman Rick came over and gave us all the information we needed. SOLD. Rick was fantastic and we had a very pleasant experience at LazyBoy. Would recommend that nice young man to go over and watch how Rick at LazyBoy operates. Maybe he would learn something and sell some furniture.
