- PTPatty T4 days ago5.0We were looking for a small garden fountain and found exactly what we wanted at Lowe's. It wasn't in the most convenient. It was on the very top shelf of the warehouse, but the staff there were more than ready to help. They carry a very nice and wide variety of gardening tools, plants, and accessories.

If he were helping others as well it wouldn’t have been an issue. I didn’t ask for help or special treatment. Clean facility, however, so they will get a second star.

The delivery charge I thought was high at $79. because I live close to the store but I was willing to pay it a total of $220 +tax. The deal breaker was I wanted to be there when they delivered to show where to place the pallet and have one day off during the week and was told the window of delivery was 8am to 8pm. I feel that is a lack of respect for a customers time. I think a four hour window is more than enough time to deliver mulch 15 minutes away(8am-12pm, 12-4, 4-8). Took my business elsewhere.

Went back in told them no one came to load mulch he said he would get someone and no one showed again. I had to load all 15 bags myself. Who treats their customers like that? Try to complain to customer service can’t get a person AI transfers you and phone just rings and rings. Again who treats their customers like that? My Rating for Egg Harbor Township Store for Customer Service is a big 0.

And now I have this carpet I don’t know what to do with it. This is the second time this has happened to me.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
