Update- cancelled order due to horrible experience ..15 days ago.. and still did not receive refund. They initially said a check would be sent 7 business days.
Lesson learned never pay in full in cash, especially with this company. Management has handled my situation poorly.
Passing the word to all friends and family about my experience with delivery, missing pieces, failure of updates and much more.

Horrible experience
Rich our salesman ordered the couch backwards, delivery was wrong and missing a piece. We were never notified there was a piece not in stock. Even called the day before because our address was spelled incorrectly, they still didn’t mention piece missing.
After delivery guy told us it was backwards and missing a piece we spoke with manager Ira and he confirmed it would be delivered Friday and all pieces are in stock. My partner also called to double confirm, and we were assured promised delivery Friday. We noticed we never received a delivery text so we called- spoke with Ira manager again and he said the order was not in and was missing two pieces and said they got a new system. He made no attempt to save the sale, so we cancelled our order. We paid cash in full, and now have to wait 10 business days to recieve our money back. Most definitely the worst experience and we are now without a couch for over a month.
