    Terrible experience! I’ve been waiting for weeks for my dishwasher, and no one can give me a clear update on the status. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they hang up or transfer me with no resolution. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

    I wished I could have gave a 0 (Zero star). I bought a fridge, dryer and a washer on September 28, during 2 attempts for delivery, washer came broken both times… No one to talk to, costumers service have no idea what they are talking about. I’ll go to Home Depot next time. by the way today is October 15th , no washer in a new house. Just called their local office, call back tomorrow, their rep was not helpful at all.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH SERVICE Update: October 16th, nobody called me from lowe’s, I called the EHT, NJ where I bought the washer, they hung up after a few minutes… Nightmare.. UPDATE 11/21/25 Lowe’s delivered a broken washer to me for a 4th time more than a week, going to the store again for like the 4th time for the same issue. It’s unbelievable and crazy…By the way, I want to mention during all that, there is one supervisor (manager) there ED, this guy is their MOST VALUABLE EMPLOYEE, he understands my frustration and helps stay sane…

    Not impressed with this store’s customer service. I’m a long time Lowe’s shopper and former Lowe’s employee. I left Lowe’s on great terms to pursue a more rewarding career as an electrician. I came in needing a couple pieces of glass cut for some windows I am repairing. I asked an associate for help and he just said in a dismissive tone the glass cutting machine is broken. It shatters glass when you attempt to score glass. He didn’t ask me why I wanted to cut glass. He didn’t ask if there was anything else he could help me with. He didn’t offer any solutions at all just sorry our machine is broke. Terrible customer service in my opinion. I’ll go elsewhere from now on. I found the rest of what I came in for without asking for further “assistance “
