    Came here to find dryer vent cleaning tools , asked two different associates neather one could help me locate any type of vent brushes so I went to the pro desk and was told they were going to help me in a second. And never helped me at all. Poor customer service through out the store. So I left not making any purchases

    Nail, lumber, hammers and tile. What more can home improvement can you ask for!!! Wait there is affordable fridges, appliances and xmas lights!

    The absolute worst buying experience in my 55 years on earth. From the minute I walked in the store, got attitude, poor information, lack of empathy from the mistakes they made, no follow up, no returned e mails, no answered calls, wasted 4 days just to buy a fridge and arrange delivery. I wouldn’t go back if it was free. Buy your appliances elsewhere, these guys need to think about new careers.

    I’m hoping the Owner or supervisor of this store reads this. We were Coming from Home Depot on Black Friday we stopped here to check out the prices for a washer & dryer. Immediately the gentleman that was there said he would be “at least “ 10 minutes because he was busy with another customer. I really did not want to wait after staying in Home Depot and it didn’t look like they had any better prices plus I did not have the patience for that. In about 3-4 mins “ ED” walks up and asks to help us out, and he did. He was extremely patient with us and he was getting calls from the other employees who needed his help out back or up front he was guiding the store employees with information while helping us. Doing 8 things at one time but I never felt like he wasn’t helping us…He was extremely attentive and helpful! Seems like”ED” was running the whole store give him credit & a raise! I’ve already done the survey on the receipt …. Which I never do. Thank you ED!
