She returned our initial call quickly, held a unit for us, and walked us through the building when we arrived. She reviewed the insurance requirements and monthly charges clearly and made sure we were set up with a climate controlled unit close to the elevator for easy access. Parking is simple, and she explained both the keypad and mobile app options for entering the building. The facility is spotless, well lit at night, and covered by extensive cameras that Krissy actively monitors. Between the carts available for moving, the clean climate controlled hallways, and the overall security, the place is extremely well run. She also followed up after move-in to make sure everything was working as expected. Krissy is the standout reason I’d recommend this location. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and manages the property at a level I haven’t seen at other facilities I’ve used. If you want a place that’s clean, secure, and professionally managed, this is it.
