  Paid $200 for the service and they messed up my remote starter, it doesn’t work and everytime I tried calling to get help they say someone will call me and they never call back. This is a bad look , and shady company. If you mess something up, at least have some decency to fix it.

  Bad service ever, without telling us the price not listen to the customer, he did overcharged us without doing any service. We told him to drill it. Even we helped him, he was not listening . He was just playing around. Before he just looked and check everything he said this will be charge. We said ok drill it straight. He was just looking, playing around. Finally he did the way we told him. When he finished, he said this charge that charge came upto $320 extra without letting the customer price. The price he told us with everything way less . He was just used his calculator for Overcharged service. Receipt does not show anything. Just straight charge. Bad, late arrival and overcharged service without letting the customer.

  UNRELIABLE FOR 24/7 SERVICE.- call another locksmith or the non-emergency police number for assistance. Tried calling them at 5am because i locked my keys in my car. The first woman that took my info was rude but she did say someone would call "shortly". 30 minutes later I call back and say, "im so sorry i just wanted to check and confirm if someone was coming". A different woman picked up who was much nicer and validated my info but also said to stay by the phone. A whole hour later I call again to check again. Only then do they tell me none of the technicians are avaliable and id have to wait for an appointment after ANOTHER HOUR. In the MIDDLE of that phone call, another receptionist from THE SAME PLACE calls and tries to offer me their first appointment AN HOUR AFTER THAT. I said no, thats kind of ridiculous ive already been waiting and only now you tell me that i need to wait another hour or 2 and that i no longer needed the service. I eventually figured something else out. By the time i got HOME, THE LOCKSMITH CALLS!! Poor guy probably was just going wherever he was told and the people answering the phones just had TERRIBLE communication. I TOLD them i no longer needed the service and still sent a tech out when i was no longer there. To the tech that answered the phone - dude, I'm sorry i was a little fired up when i picked up, but i was long gone. The people answering the phones need to have better communication with the techs and the clientele.
