The staff has been kind, courteous, supportive, and professional each time I need to have an interaction with them, including when my CC details changed and I needed to update it. The facility is clean, neat, and secure, so far as I can tell. That said, the one drawback is that when they raise rates, it's borderline obscene. Sure, it's a business and I understand supply & demand. But they are less increments and more budget-busters. I've appealed to them for a rate freeze a couple of times and they have accommodated. Good business in the face of potentially losing a customer.
- AAAishaFeb 10, 20264.0Honestly, I’ve been using the storage unit for years and it’s managed to be beneficial for us, but the one thing I will say are, the surprise rent increases are definitely astronomical for no reason, but on the other hand, their employees are very helpful and are looking to help you as a person and not just as a number. I had to explain my frustrations with yet another increase in my rent, and I spoke with Joseph and he was able to help me out and give me a timeframe of when he could get it Rectified in any capacity . I definitely recommend.
