  Incredible service! I got a great home office chair about 9 years ago. When the back ripped, Ben took the time to find me the replacement piece. He was very dilegent with the manufacturer. Followed up so many times to get them to help me. It was very reasonable to buy the replacement. I now have my chair back working like new again. I can't thank Ben enough. Above and beyond customer service! Thank you Ben!!!!

  Wow, I had such a great experience at this furniture store!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming without being pushy, which I really appreciated. They actually took the time to talk through what I was looking for, answer all my questions and were very patient with me while I was deciding. I never felt pressured at all, and that made a huge difference compared to other stores that I went to earlier in the day... They had way more options than I expected, and everything felt really solid and good quality. The store itself was clean and easy to walk around so it didn’t feel overwhelming. The furniture looked beautiful, and you could tell it was sturdy and well made For those wondering about delivery... it was smooth and everything showed up on time, which made the whole process even better. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be this easy, but it ended up being such a stress free experience! I’d definitely come back again and would recommend it to friends or anyone looking for good furniture without the usual hassle :)

  We came to Ben with a rough draft of our office layout and he reoriented our perspectives and assisted in building out a layout individualized to each space in the office. We wanted a diverse, moveable, and versatile space and we were able to achieve that. We are so happy that our office has an array of stations with sit/stand and stationary options, desks with 36" returns and desks with 24" returns, private offices and shared "bull pen" style atmospheres, and other choices. Additionally, Ben was present for the installation of the furniture and there were no major issues left unhandled throughout our purchasing experience. Ben was helpful from browsing the showroom to professional installation -- he was communicative and knowledgeable, making a daunting task appear much more conquerable. We most definitely recommend you consult here if you are renovating or moving offices!
