  I had a great experience with Blinds To Go. One of my blinds had a broken wand, and they resolved the issue quickly and effectively. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t waste any time—within minutes they had the part ordered via phone/email. Saved me from extra trips to the store! Once arrived everything working perfectly again and they even did a follow up check. Really appreciate the fast service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

  We had an overall very positive experience working with Blinds To Go. Our sales associate was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the options and helping us make the right selections for our home. The measuring appointment was also quick and easy, which made the process feel seamless at the start. The only hiccup came during installation, when we learned that the original measurements did not account for properly concealing the motorization batteries. As a result, the installer had to place the batteries in a visible location, which unfortunately takes away from the clean look we were hoping for, especially given the premium investment we made in the motorized blinds. That said, the installer was professional and did the best possible job under the circumstances, and we do love the functionality and overall quality of the blinds. With a bit more attention to detail during the measuring phase, the experience would have been excellent from start to finish.

  Very efficient and helpful. Blinds came in as expected, installer very professional and done in a short amount of time. Very pleased.

  Installer took care in installation and making sure all were operating correctly. Also set up the bond disc. Left areas clean and free of garbage. Very good experience.

  I appreciate the help that Mohsin and Ton provided me in fixing my vertical shades. They provided great suggestions and were very professional. The shade rod came on time as promised.
