Nicole was extremely helpful and didnt just direct me on where to go, she went with me to find it. It was in the outdoor pool section of the store and stocked in the upper area that was unreachable. Nicole went and got a lift to get them for me. The best customer experience I've had in a long time, almost felt like I was in a commercial. Thank you Nicole and thank you Lowe's!

Several announcements were made over the intercom, but no one showed up. I only received help after asking an employee from the tools department, who eventually came over to assist. The store seems to be understaffed, and unfortunately some employees show a lack of initiative and willingness to help. Very frustrating experience, especially in such an important department. I hope management reviews staffing and customer service.
