  What a wonderful experience. Wayne Gugliotta was wonderful during our warranty return and replacement. Everyone was so patient and wonderful. Great experience! I highly recommend this store and especially Wayne!!

  Beyond thankful to have met Lisa P. as she helped my husband and I select our new living room and den furniture! She was patient, kind, and willing to work with us! A matter in fact, she kept her word and ensured we received every discount. She worked with Doug (manager) with my delivery as one of the pieces were large and we wanted to swap for a recliner and they made it happen with not one issue whatsoever! Thank you both for all of your help as I need another new rug, see you two soon!!!!

  Long-time Raymour customer here—first time working with this location. I visited on March 8th and spent over $6,000, even opting for the “platinum” protection plan because I understand the hustle and wanted to support the salesperson. The purchase process itself was quick and smooth. The only requirement we had was that everything be delivered by March 25 at the latest. (Selected everything based on this, couch most importantly) On Thursday, March 19th, we noticed online that the estimated delivery date for our most important piece—the couch—was mid-May. After calling the store for four consecutive days trying to get clarification, I finally received a vague voicemail confirming the May delivery window and mentioning that another item in our order had been completely discontinued. It then took an additional two days to finally get a manager on the phone to make adjustments to the order. My family has had no furniture since our move in and since no one would talk till Friday we’ll be waiting until at least Monday. (The 30th) also no refund made for the cancelled piece I didn’t get. I’d love to give further feedback to the owner of this place it has potential but there needs to be accountability.

  Excellent service. Lisa was so helpful. From when I got there until finishing the purchase. Delivery was scheduled in 3 days. Excellent delivery from notifying me and keeping me informed of delivery.

  When I first when to the location in East Hanover, I was happy. I was told that it would take two shipments to get my sectional. The first one came on the 6th. I then got an email to set up the rest of the sectional to come. I set it up for the 17th via the email, I don't get any confirmation it was set. Well, the 17th came and went with nothing delivered. I sent a text to my sales person, who never gets back to me. I then go back to the email and try again, I set it up for the 22nd. I also call the number in the email, which is a worthless number. I called several times and nobody answers it, and I left a voicemail. But, again that is worthless because nobody calls you back. The following day I called the store, I speak with someone who tells I'm scheduled for the 23rd, a different day I set up for. But, I said we can do it that day. Well, they come with only partial shipment and had no clue that I was suppose to have one more piece. After they leave I realize that my power sectional no longer works. I call the store in East Hanover again, the rep apologizes and set me up for a third appointment and promises a manager will call me later that day. He apparently never goes in, I spoke with her later that day and she said he did not make it in. She now said he will call me the following day, Guess what, no call, probably because they just don't care after you already paid for the item. The final piece finally came today Feb 28th, and the delivery driver had no clue I was having any issues, because Raymour has zero communication to the drivers. He was able to fix the other issues. So, if you are looking to buy something, make sure that you can get one delivery, because they have ZERO cares about you once it is delivered.
