  Lisa was great. Please keep her around. She is very down to earth and did not creep us out while relaying all of the necessary information we needed, and we had been to multiple furniture stores. It was a pleasure buying our couch from her.

  I just called for my mother (who has a hearing problem) who ordered furniture in October and Raymour said it would be delivered in November. It is March and we still have not received all the furniture. She got half of a sectional and one chair last week, and she asked me to call because she has a hearing problem. Not only are they 3 months late, I spoke to Adrian (supposedly) who got mad and rude when I asked for confirmation what exactly was being delivered tomorrow so I can let my mom know. He was extremely unprofessional, I asked to speak to someone else; he said no one else was there. I called back and spoke to Doug (so someone was clearly there) he at first was defensive to Adrian but then when I explained the attitude, and that my mom has waited since November and only got half a couch he was helpful and understanding. We will be speaking to their manager Shantel on Wednesday.

  When I first when to the location in East Hanover, I was happy. I was told that it would take two shipments to get my sectional. The first one came on the 6th. I then got an email to set up the rest of the sectional to come. I set it up for the 17th via the email, I don't get any confirmation it was set. Well, the 17th came and went with nothing delivered. I sent a text to my sales person, who never gets back to me. I then go back to the email and try again, I set it up for the 22nd. I also call the number in the email, which is a worthless number. I called several times and nobody answers it, and I left a voicemail. But, again that is worthless because nobody calls you back. The following day I called the store, I speak with someone who tells I'm scheduled for the 23rd, a different day I set up for. But, I said we can do it that day. Well, they come with only partial shipment and had no clue that I was suppose to have one more piece. After they leave I realize that my power sectional no longer works. I call the store in East Hanover again, the rep apologizes and set me up for a third appointment and promises a manager will call me later that day. He apparently never goes in, I spoke with her later that day and she said he did not make it in. She now said he will call me the following day, Guess what, no call, probably because they just don't care after you already paid for the item. The final piece finally came today Feb 28th, and the delivery driver had no clue I was having any issues, because Raymour has zero communication to the drivers. He was able to fix the other issues. So, if you are looking to buy something, make sure that you can get one delivery, because they have ZERO cares about you once it is delivered.

  Exceptional customer service by Aretha Smith. From the moment my husband and I walked into the store Aretha was great. She first greeted us and let us walk around assuring us that she’s there if we needed anything. When we asked for her help she was all in. Aretha answered all our questions with expertise and warmth and she gently advised us on design possibilities and ideas. Everything went smoothly and we had a very pleasant experience with Aretha. We enjoyed the wonderful selection Raymour and Flanigan has to offer as well as the reassurance that we are in good hands also after our purchase. That helped. We loved the process of shopping h at this store in East Hanover, and more so, our experience with wonderful Aretha. Thank you. Miki

  Amazing experience with Sales Consultant, Aretha Smith, RT 10, East Hanover location. Dec 2025, my husband and I bought a new couch. This couch had to be very specific b/c it was fitting into a small space. Aretha was fantastic, she listened and was very patient with us. We experienced a slight speed bump with our couch delivery. Aretha was HIGHLY-EXTERMLY responsive. Our experience working with her after we left the Raymore & Flanigan showroom exceeded the positive impression we had when we selected our couch. Roseland, NJ
