They use L&T Upholsters who are rude and can’t upholster. I got a patterned fabric which they could not get straight. They took it back to redo. Brought it back without touching it. I’m so embarrassed of the result I don’t want people over to see. Close friends have told me NOT to keep them like this. Don’t know what to do next. But they were very good chairs and they ruined them. I will never ever use them again

Not only were they incredibly rude and condescending in their attitude toward my children being in the store( that in itself is inexcusable) but they also suggested and sold us fabric that wasn't even meant for the chairs we were reupholstering! Do yourself a favor ad visit the Ramsey store for good service and knowledgeable staff.
